In 2022, HTS undertook a comprehensive revamp of the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa, marking it as one of our most intricate assignments. Spanning a year, our objective was to remodel the hotel’s public spaces, tailoring it to the resort’s grandeur. We were entrusted with the design, installation, and execution of the entire low-voltage cabling infrastructure, encompassing both interior and exterior cabling, ensuring seamless data flow, A/V automation, security camera infrastructure, ambient music, and ubiquitous wireless internet connectivity.

Interestingly, the initial remodel blueprint had overlooked the critical inclusion of low-voltage and AV systems. HTS’s intervention was crucial, especially since construction was already underway. Adapting to this scenario, our team meticulously architected the resort’s new AV blueprint, ensuring minimal disruptions.
